Here’s how it works:

💪🏼Get a new training program delivered automatically to your phone every month! This mobile version of the workouts section gives you exercise descriptions, how-to videos, how many reps, how many sets, how much rest, etc. I put this together like this because I want you to never be confused with what you’re doing when stepping into the gym again.

The Shredding for the Wedding training program is updated monthly and comes complete with linked exercise video walk-through demos of each day. This is a great option for those of you that have experience in the weight room and would like a structured program that varies month to month, but it is also suitable for beginners as you can scale to your abilities.

🏋🏻‍♂️There are form-checks and community interaction with this option via membership in a private Facebook group, where you’ll be doing the same program as everyone else. You can ask questions and get feedback from Tom and your peers.  

📲Upon purchase, you’ll receive the training program in an App called “Trainerize” that will allow you track all of your personal progress along the way, including body stats like photos, weight & measurements, and also your training performance like exercises, weight used, sets, and reps.

After you register, here is your homework before the challenge begins:

Take your body measurements in these seven places shown below. Note: these measurements are only taken once a month:
1 – Chest at nipple height
2 – Right Arm
3 – 2 inches above the navel
4 – Navel
5 – 2 inches below the navel
6 – Hips (at widest point)
7 – Right thigh
