What was your lifestyle & physical activity like before starting the program?
Before starting with Tom I was working out six-seven days a week and teaching classes two to three times a week. Exercise is my jam and I honestly my day doesn’t feel complete until I have worked out.
What made you want to get started?
I love health and wellness and I am always working to better myself. I wanted someone to tell me what to do and hold me accountable. As a fitness instructor and wellness enthusiast its great having Tom push me and giving me other ideas and suggestions to better my health. I mainly needed help with my nutrition and weight loss. Nutrition is a HUGE weakness for me, so having guidance is exactly what I needed. You can’t out-exercise a bad diet.
Can you describe your 1 or 2 top goals when you started?
*NUTRITION-making healthier eating choices
*Weight Loss – focusing a lot on decreasing body fat
In point form, can you list your top 3 achievements with training thus far?
• Decreased body fat
• Stronger-I started strength training and lifting heavier
•Mindful eating
What do you like the most about working with me?
Tom is truly amazing at what he does and I appreciate all of his knowledge, tips, and endless resources! I appreciate that Tom takes your goals as a lifestyle change and we can continue to eat what we love(to a point) and make it work for you as an individual.
If you were to refer a friend to, what would you tell them?
Why wouldn’t you? I have worked with a lot of people throughout the years and Tom is by far my favorite! He makes everyone feel comfortable and will help you with anything and everything!
If someone was on “the edge” with getting started with my program, what would you say to them?
Do it! The accountability and the extra motivation really helped me stay motivated and on track!
What advice would you give to someone who is just starting out on their fitness journey that you either learned along the way or would tell them for encouragement?
There are going to times where it will be hard and times where you just want to quit! That is real-life stuff and Tom understands that more than most! Continue to push forward taking small steps and before you know it you will realize you can do anything you put your mind into! Having the support will help you continue to move in the right direction.
What do you believe I helped you out with the most when it comes to achieving your goals?
There is a lot I can say here, but Tom really helped me get in the mind-set that I don’t need to follow a “fad-Diet” to achieve my goals. To have success I need to make changes that work for ME and that may be different than the next person. Most importantly, Tom helped me be mindful of the food I am eating.
Tom also motivated me to get back into lifting. I would get in strength through classes and then I would run. I am now strength training on my own and in return I am stronger, decreasing my body fat, and I feel much better!

I am very thankful that I had the opportunity to work with Tom. Tom’s knowledge, communication, and resources truly are invaluable!
