YOUR 30 DAY PLAN OF ATTACK:
Your entire plan will be available from your phone. You will complete 4 workouts each week that are specifically designed to build muscle. Each workout is included with a video showing you how to properly perform each exercise correctly. Enter your sets, reps, and weight used so we can track your progress each week.
You will be sent customized calorie and protein targets tailored to your individual needs and goals. This is a flexible dieting approach where YOU choose the foods you want to eat. I’ll provide a grocery list, meal plan examples, nutritional recommendations, and healthy recipes to take the guesswork out of it for you!
