#TransformationTuesday to one of my amazing online clients, Talyr!

It has been incredible watching her grow mentally, and tone up physically over our time working together.

Here are a few things she had to say about her Online Training program and how she achieved her goals:

“Before starting Tom’s program, I was moderately activity, hitting the gym 4-5 times a week (but with a terrible training plan and no knowledge on what I was doing or why). I was low on energy with a very bad relationship with food.

I was sick of making excuses on why I would never be healthy or have the body I always wanted. Once I took the step I was able to accomplish way more and be the person I wanted to be.

A few goals I had when I started where:

  1. Confidence in the gym was my #1 (I wanted to be able to go to any gym and know what I was doing and continue to grow).
  1. Be comfortable in my skin. There was and always will be good days and bad days. I take those as learning lessons and finding out what makes me feel better and what doesn’t.

A few (of many) of my top accomplishments working with Tom have been:

  1. Understanding when I’m eating for comfort and when I’m actually hungry.
  1. Challenging myself while training. I didn’t know I could push myself this hard until working with Tom!
  1. Losing 15 lbs & gaining lean muscle!!

What I like the most about working with Tom was how simple he made it. Once I found my groove, it wasn’t hard to stay consistent. You work at your own pace and have a ton of flexibility, you can’t beat it.

If you want to better yourself and become the person you want to be, this is the first step. Having someone there to guide you through it makes all the difference. Having the accountability was huge for me!

If you’ve been contemplating getting started on your goals, my advice is to just do it. Stop overthinking it and do it. You won’t regret it one bit. Especially once you see those progress pictures!

It’s hard work, you’re going to want to quit. But you can push through and do it. Once you start and begin to feel and see progress, there is no greater feeling of empowerment.

Believing in myself was so hard in the beginning. Once I got out of my head with Tom’s words of constant encouragement, I finally worked harder and became proud of what I had accomplished. Once you know you can do it, there is no stopping!

My time with Tom was nothing short of life changing. I’m a different person physically and mentally. I’m happier and in the best shape of my life. I have way more energy and more positive days than bad. Some days are still hard and I don’t want to workout or eat healthy. But the next day I just move on and make it my priority to do better. During this program I was able to find what I like and don’t, then customizing my lifestyle to align with my goals. I’m so incredibly happy I took the leap and now mine and my family’s life are changed for the better. Thank you, Tom!”
