I really enjoy Tom’s responsiveness, encouragement, accessibility for questions, and various tips on ways to still stay on ‘on track’ when going out to eat/traveling.
Tom has an overall approach and proven system to achieving fitness goals that isn’t extreme and unattainable, nor limits specific foods from a ‘diet’. Rather a holistic view of creating calorie deficits, regular weight training, and non-extreme cardio to achieve fitness goals.
The online program has been a great continuation of live training as it allows ‘flexibility’ intern of how you want to fit in your workouts throughout the week, while still having direct access to a trainer for questions.
