The check-ins give us the information we need from you, and provide you with our expert advice, personalized feedback, adjustments and tips designed to keep you progressing toward your goals every single week. You will also be invited to our VIP Private Facebook group for clients only to provide support, motivation, and inspiration with others on a similar journey.
