• 1  5″ long Sweet Potato
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1/2 tbsp Paprika


First peel your sweet potatoes into wedge (or fry) shapes. Toss them in a bowl and add olive oil and paprika. Place tin foil and spray with pam. Then place the potatoes on the baking pan spread out evenly. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 min, then take them out and flip and bake another 10 min or so.
