Super low carb sweet and sour chicken that tastes like it could be from Panda Express!


1 Tbsp Argo Corn Starch
1/2 tsp Ginger (Ground)
3 dashes Black Pepper
1 Tbsp Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp Heinz One Carb Reduced Sugar Tomato Ketchup
1/2 tsp Minced Garlic
1 Tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce
1 cup Swanson 100% Natural Chicken Broth
4 oz (raw weight) Tyson Foods Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
1/2 tsp Kraft MiO Liquid Water Enhancer – Orange Tangerine


Put chicken in a pan over high heat with chicken broth and add all ingredients except the cornstarch. Once the chicken is done cooking, add a small amount of cold water to the cornstarch and add to pan (remove from heat). Put back over heat and add vegetables, adding chicken broth as necessary. (Also, add any vegetables you’d like!)
