This side dish tastes amazing both hot and cold, but I prefer hot in a stir fry mixed with other vegetables (like shown above). You can use any spices you like to change up the taste.


  • 1/2 tsp Curry Powder
  • 1/4 head (or a whole head if preparing more meals), large (6-7″ dia) Cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil


I decided to stick to 1/4 of cauliflower head. Lay the flowers on the baking dish then drizzle them with olive oil mixed with curry powder, turmeric and garlic powder. Bake at 400F for 15 min. Done! Goes well pretty much with anything.
