Nothing sounds better to me right now than a warm bowl of pumpkin maple cinnamon oats to cure this cold/flu I got going on.

Ingredients:
-1 packet of “Oat Fit” Cinnamon Roll oats
-1/2 cup pumpkin purée
-1 tsp ground cinnamon
-15 g Quest Nutrition Cinnamon Crunch protein powder
-1/2 tsp maple extract
-almond milk/water to consistency

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl (except protein powder) and microwave for a few minutes until fluffy. Stir in protein powder last. Top with whatever your soul tells you. Mine said Kamut puffed cereal, cinnamon, and salt tonight! So good!
