-7 egg whites (room temperature *must be from carton, not liquid egg whites)
-1 tsp cream of tartar
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-1/2 scoop (17 grams) of (whey/casein mix, I used PEScience Snickerdoodle) protein powder
-0 calories sweetener (1 tbsp)


Beat egg whites until stiff peaks. While it’s blending, add in cream of tartar, vanilla extract, and sweetener. Once stiff peak are formed, FOLD in protein powder with spatula. This is very important! If you try to mix rapidly the peaks will fall and it will not turn out right. Bake at 350 F for 16-20 minutes until toothpick comes out clean.
