Ingredients
– one jicama
– 1/2 Tbsp Coconut oil
– Spices of choice

Directions
Chop jicama into French fry shapes. Place in Tupperware and microwave for 8-10 minutes (to drain excess water) then pat fries dry with paper towel. Place fries in large zip lock bag with melted coconut oil and slices and shake until well coated. Place fries on non stick baking pan and bake at 375 F for 15 minutes, then take out and flip fries and bake for another 15 minutes. Devour.
