CINNAMON TOAST CRUNCH CAKE

Cinnabon Cake Ingredients:
•30g vanilla protein powder
•30g pumpkin purée
•30g unsweetened apple sauce
•10g banana flour
•1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
•1/4 tsp baking powder
•add almond milk until you get cake batter consistency

☁️Protein icing:
•15g vanilla protein powder

•dash of ground cinnamon
•water to consistency

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375° F. Add all cake ingredients into a mixing bowl. Add almond milk slowly and mix together until you get a cake batter consistency. Spray 2 mini cheesecake pans with 0-calorie cooking spray, then divide batter evening between the 2. Of course, you can use one baking pan instead. Bake for 10-12 minutes.

While your cakes are baking, whip up your protein icing by simply adding ingredients to a small bowl and mix until you get an icing consistency.

Once your cakes are done, place them on a cooling tray for 10-15 minutes. Then add your icing and enjoy!
