Get a new training program delivered automatically to your phone or computer  every month with The Inner Circle training subscription-based service!

The Inner Circle training is updated monthly and comes complete with linked exercise video demos to ensure you and a walk-through demo of each day. This is a great option for those of you that have experience in the weight room and would like a structured program that varies month to month, but it is also suitable for beginners as you can scale to your abilities.

There are form-checks and community interaction with this option via membership in a private Facebook group, where you’ll be doing the same program as everyone else. You can ask questions and get feedback from Tom and your peers.

Upon purchase, you’ll receive the training program in an App called “Trainerize” that will allow you track all of your personal progress along the way, including body stats like photos, weight & measurements, and also your training performance like exercises, weight used, sets, and reps.

Q: What equipment do I need?
A: You will get the most out of this program if you have access to the following: barbell, plates, assorted dumbbells, adjustable bench, cable machine. 

Q: How many days of workouts are included in the program?
A: There are generally 3-4 training days per week, and these workouts are repeated for the duration of the month.

Q: What is the workout split?
A: Depending on the month, it can vary from full body days to an upper/lower split, and sometimes an optional arm or glute-focused day.

Q: When are new programs released?
A: New programs are released on the 1st of each month.

Q: When will I get my program?
A: You’ll get your program immediately upon purchase. Your billing cycle will start from the date that you paid, but programs will always come out on the 1st of the month.

Q: How will I get my program?
A: Your program will be automatically delivered to you in your email inbox. You can then login to your account and your workouts will be there waiting for you.

Q: Is this program customized?
A: No, this is not a custom program. If you’d like one, I offer one-on-one personal training (message me to learn more).

Q: Is there a nutrition component to this program?
A: I provide nutritional guidelines. Simple principles to follow to see the best results possible. 

Q: I need a substitution for an exercise?
A: Ask these questions in our exclusive Facebook group (which you’ll be invited to join upon purchase) and we’ll get you all squared away!

Q: I missed a month because I was injured or chose not to lift…what do I do?
A: The programs are accessible from the first day of the month to the last day of the month. If you miss a month, you can save it for a later date as you are encouraged to perform the current month with the group.

Q: How much does it cost?

Q: I need to pause my membership for a month, can I? Can I cancel it at any time?
